A lovely family from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for whom we have worked with previously, is seeking a qualified and experienced English speaking (bilingual with French is also favoured) nanny for the care and development of their daughter of 2 years. The family have employed a maternity nurse and a nanny before and both have only kind words to say about their experience with the family.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience working with babies and toddlers, will be active and energetic and will be able to advise the mother about the different stages of the child’s development and follow her current routine at ease. They are seeking a long-term candidate that is ready to commit for at least a year. Previous experience in HNW and VIP families is preferred and the ability to work well alongside a team of staff. The candidate should be culturally aware and respectful.
The working hours will be 12 hours per day 6 days per week at a rate of £1200 per week. During the travel periods they would like the nanny to work 12/7 and the additional day will be remunerated at £200 per day.
The nanny will have her own bedroom with adequate privacy including en-suite bathroom either within the family’s home or in the staff housing on the grounds. The family offers a driver for the nanny on her day off so that she is able to go out and enjoy her time around the city. The nanny will also have 28 days paid holiday per year which should be taken in one or two trips and in accordance with other staff as well as them finding an adequate replacement for the time off. All accommodation, flights, visa and medical is covered by the family in Saudi Arabia and whilst travelling overseas with them.
This position is to start in January 2020 and the family is ready to conduct video interviews immediately. Upon a successful interview the candidate will be invited for a trial period with the family, however, should the trial go well for both the candidate and the family, the nanny would be expected to stay on, therefore the candidate should pack with a long-term mindset.
