The working schedule will be 24/7 during your shift. It’s a live-in role, with accommodation in the same room as the boy with en-suite bathroom, however, by December the apartment opposite them will be complete for the nanny to care for the baby.
The nanny will be required to carry out baby related duties only, to ensure all his milestones are met and his emotional and physical needs are well taken care of.
The ideal candidate will have a soft demeanor, be kind, thoughtful and respectful of all household members and enjoy working in a team.
Although the schedule is two weeks on/off the family is completely flexible if the nannies wish to change this between themselves to suit them as and when necessary. For example, one may wish to work three weeks on and off (longer or shorter) as and when needed.
The family is kind and easily approachable. They would like someone to be with them long term and feel like a part of the family. This position would suit any well experienced and qualified nanny that love taking babies through their different ages and stages and watching them grow. They require a nanny that is fluent in English and that is happy to commute home when they have their time off. Some of the other staff in their household speak French so that may be a bonus however by no means essential.
The salary on offer is £1200 per week (on weeks worked) the weeks off are not paid.
Requirements:
- Fluent English speaker
- 5+ years of experience working with babies
- Childcare qualifications
- Eligible to live and work in the UK
- Up to date police check
- Minimum three checkable references
- Looking for their next long-term role
