A lovely VVIP family based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia who we placed their long-term maternity nurse who stayed with them for 5 years is seeking a rota nanny to work alongside their current nanny who has been with them for a year for their son aged two years and daughter aged 5 years who is more independent. The ideal candidate will be a career nanny with experience working with toddlers through the different ages and stages assisting with developmental milestones and all aspects of care, wellbeing and hygiene with a focus on the early years. A team player is essential, along with a naturally nurturing nature, someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and who is looking for a long-term role.
The family is based in Riyadh and live with their other family members in the same household, and they also travel together. Their children are aged 8 and 11 years and have their own nanny.
During your rota period you will work up to 12 hours daily. Flights to and from your place of residence will be paid by the family at the beginning and end of each shift.
This role is to start ASAP; however, the family will take their time to select the most suitable candidate seeking a long-term role within a welcoming family. Previous experience working in fully staffed households, maintaining confidentiality at all times and travelling frequently at short notice is preferred.
The candidate we placed previously had a short-term maternity nurse contract and enjoyed working with the family so much she stayed on for 5 years. Longevity is important to them. Therefore, please only apply if you are seeking a long-term rota role. The salary on offer is £4500 – £5000 net per month D.O.E. with all months of the year paid. Interviews to start ASAP.
