A family from Kazakhstan residing in Hampstead, London is seeking two qualified, experienced and enthusiastic nannies for the care of their two daughters, one girl aged 5.5 years and their baby girl aged 4 months.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working with children and babies in a private household or nursery environment. A proactive, forward thinking candidate that will encourage the children to learn through play, build confidence and assist the eldest girl with creative learning tools for her progression in her studies. An attentive listener who is naturally attentive to detail will work well within this family. A nanny that is confident in her ability to easily adapt into a new environment quickly is essential. The family requires fluent English speakers as it is the second language within the home. If the candidate has an additional language it would be a bonus, however is not a necessity. It is a fully staffed household therefore a team player is essential. Some overseas travel will occur throughout the year during the school holidays.
The nanny would be expected to assist with basic housekeeping when the 5 year old is at school and the baby is sleeping. For example, keeping the children’s rooms clean and tidy as well taking care of their laundry.
The nannies will work on a rota schedule 24/7 or 24/14 depending on the requirements of both candidates, although this may require a little flexibility from the nannies from time to time. A live-in accommodation for the time whilst working is offered. The salary on offer is negotiable. This role is to start as soon as possible. Interviews are to commence ASAP at the family’s home followed by trial days before a contract is arranged.
