Our founder, Cleo, brings first-hand experience from her own career as a nanny and governess, giving her a deep understanding of both family dynamics and the realities of professional childcare roles.

Having worked with families from a wide range of backgrounds, including high-profile and internationally based households, Cleo developed a clear understanding of what makes placements work well over time. This practical insight continues to shape how we support families and childcare professionals today.
