Job Description
A family residing in Limassol, Cyprus and Vienna, Austria is seeking an experienced and confident English-speaking maternity nanny for a period of 4 months as of May/June 2026.
As an experienced maternity nanny, you will have had at least 5 years of experience working with newborns and supporting first time mothers. Be confident in your approach and abilities to guide the mother whilst recognising when to step back and be flexible with the parent’s wishes and ideas on routine setting and personal preferences.
The ideal candidate will be kind, flexible and a real team player, someone who enjoys and works well within fully staffed households along with excellent recent and contactable references. Confidentiality, respect and great communication skills are paramount for the role.
As a maternity nanny, you will be required to meet all the daily needs of the baby, including establishing routines, feeding, bathing and all aspects of maintaining excellent hygiene, sleeping, maintaining a clean and tidy nursery, and ensuring laundry is carried out daily along with daily reports to the parents when required.
The schedule will be 24/6 including a minimum of a 5 consecutive hour break during the day and other support from the household team. The maternity nanny will be required to share a room with the baby, however your own bedroom and en-suite will be provided for your rest periods.
A candidate who is comfortable and flexible to travel at short notice is preferred. This is a very supportive household where the staff work well in supporting each other and ensuring adequate rest. The salary on offer is from 400 EUROS net per day. The family is ready to interview and trial candidates immediately.
Package:
• Salary: 400 EUROS net per day
• Working schedule: 6 days per week, 24 hours per day (6-hour break daily)
• International travel between Cyprus and Austria
• Employer responsible for tax and social security contributions in Cyprus
• Flights and travel expenses covered when travelling with the family

Requirements:
• Qualified and experienced English-speaking Newborn Nanny/Maternity Nanny
• Minimum 5 years’ newborn experience
• Caring, organised, flexible and professional
• Comfortable with regular international travel
• Experienced travelling with babies and packing/organising for travel
• EU passport preferred; however, the family is happy to support a visa application for the right candidate
• Clear enhanced DBS check
• Paediatric First Aid certificate (within the last 12 months preferred)
• Excellent and contactable references (minimum of 3)
• Available to start May/June 2026
