Job Description
A warm and fully staffed family based between Limassol, Cyprus and Vienna, Austria is seeking an experienced, confident and highly organised English-speaking newborn nanny to support the care of their baby from May/June 2026.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ professional experience caring for newborns and supporting families during the early developmental stages. You will be confident in your knowledge and approach whilst remaining flexible, respectful and adaptable to the parents’ preferences, routines and parenting style.
The family is looking for a kind, proactive and professional nanny who works well within a staffed household environment. Excellent communication skills, discretion and a calm, supportive nature are essential for this role.
Daily duties will include all nursery duties and the full care of the newborn, including feeding support, establishing and maintaining routines, bathing, sterilising, maintaining excellent hygiene standards, organising the nursery, baby laundry and providing updates to the parents when required.
As the role will involve regular travel between Cyprus and Austria, the candidate must be flexible and comfortable travelling at short notice. The ideal nanny will be highly organised, experienced in travelling with babies, confident preparing and packing baby essentials efficiently, and able to ensure smooth transitions between residences.
The schedule will be 5 working days per week, 10 hours per day, with 2 consecutive days off weekly, although these will not necessarily fall on weekends. Additional overtime will be paid at a rate of €23 net per hour.
This is a supportive and respectful household where staff work collaboratively to ensure a positive working environment.
Package:
• Salary: €5,000 net per month
• Working schedule: 5 days per week, 10 hours per day

Requirements:
• Qualified and experienced English-speaking Newborn Nanny / Maternity Nanny
• Minimum 5 years’ newborn experience
• Caring, organised, flexible and professional
• Comfortable with regular international travel
• Experienced travelling with babies and packing/organising for travel
• EU passport preferred; however, the family is happy to support a visa application for the right candidate
• Clear enhanced DBS check
• Paediatric First Aid certificate (within the last 12 months preferred)
• Excellent and contactable references (minimum of 3)
• Available to start May/June 2026
