Job Description
A family from Ajman who are spending some time in London for the next month is seeking a qualified and educated temp/permanent nanny for the care of their 3-year-old boy and 8-year-old girl, they have older siblings aged 10 and 12 who have their own nannies.
This role is temporary. However, they are also seeking a long-term nanny to work with them in Ajman 45 minutes from Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be confident and competent in creating a nursery style environment at the family’s home to support the boy with reaching his developmental milestones through fun, educational and engaging activities. Supporting him with learning good manners and etiquette with a kind and gentle approach. The family has a cat and some turtles. Therefore, you must be comfortable around pets. This role includes some travel inside and outside of the UAE. Therefore, some flexibility for travel at short notice is required. This is a fully staffed household, and your role will solely be to focus on childcare duties. Their youngest has some issues with reflux that can affect his stomach and whilst he hasn’t yet been diagnosed, he may have asthma. Therefore, you must be comfortable administering medication and have an up to date first aid certificate. This is a live-in role with separate bedroom and bathroom attached to the family’s villa. A candidate that is familiar with potty training who can assist with that is also preferred. This role is to start ASAP, and the working days are 6 days per week, 12 hours daily. The salary is £1300 net per week. The temp role is to start
immediately in London.
Requirements
At least 5 years’ experience working with a similar age-group
Enhanced DBS background check in date
