SEN Nanny – Wembley, HA9 8LP

A warm and welcoming family based in Wembley (HA9) is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Nanny to support their 5-year-old daughter.

The core requirement of this role is to provide consistent and nurturing support to their daughter, who has an Educational Health and Care Plan (EHCP). She is a very affectionate child who thrives with patience, consistency and gentle guidance, particularly around her daily routines and school transitions.

The family is looking for someone who can offer structured, thoughtful support while creating a calm and positive environment in which she can continue to flourish.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
7:00am – 9:00am
3:00pm – 6:00pm

Total: 25 hours per week (the family will consider up to 30 hours for the right candidate).

Duties Will Include:

  • Supporting morning routines

  • Nursery drop-off for her younger brother at 8:00am

  • School drop-off for their daughter at 8:30am

  • School and nursery pick-ups (3:10pm onwards)

  • After-school care

  • Planning and implementing age-appropriate, considered activities tailored to her individual needs

  • Providing calm, structured support during transitions

The nanny will play a key role in helping to maintain consistency and supporting the child’s emotional and developmental needs in line with her EHCP.

Accommodation

The family is open to offering this as a live-in role if preferred by the candidate.

Salary

The family is flexible and happy to offer a salary reflective of the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
